God’s word is jam packed with prescious treasures, hidden within His spoken words, recorded by amazing, obedient men. There is so much He wants to show us and teach us, but what is so amazing about it all, is that you and I can learn a totally different lesson or gain a totally different perspective from the same verse or passage.
That just blows my mind!
So what I want to do for you here is share with you my take on verses that have stood out to me during my daily devotions. It is my hope that what God has revealed to me will be just as inspiring to you and encourage you to do more reading on your own. Search the scriptures and find out what God wants you to take away from these very same verses.

Isaiah 9:6
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And His name shall be called;
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
